Do you deliver parts or only design services?

Vulkam is primarily a parts supplier. The engineering office is a support service that systematically leads to manufacturing.

From prototype to large series. We support our clients from the very first parts, a few dozen to validate a concept, up to high production volumes. Thermomolding is particularly suited to large runs thanks to its speed and repeatability.

The simplest approach: give us a call. Our teams will guide you to the right solution for your needs. To move quickly, our Preform offering lets you get your first parts rapidly, without dedicated tooling, so you can test and validate before investing.

Via our Preform offering, without dedicated tooling, first parts are available within 6 weeks. For projects requiring a specific mold or series production, lead times depend on complexity and volume, our team provides a precise timeline as soon as your project is analyzed.

Thermomolding

A proprietary process patented by Vulkam, vertical injection thermomolding produces complex parts in amorphous alloy with ±10µm precision and surface finish Ra < 0.4 µm, directly out of the mold.

Overmolding

Vulkalloys® Where It Matters

Overmolding involves depositing a thin layer of Vulkalloy® (a few tenths of a millimeter) onto an existing metal insert. This concentrates the exceptional properties of amorphous alloys only where needed, while optimizing material consumption and expanding the range of compatible part dimensions.
