A Patented Process

Vulkam has developed a proprietary vertical injection thermomolding process, protected by patent. This technology guarantees optimal metallurgy inside the part, ensuring the best possible mechanical properties.

Unlike conventional processes, Vulkam thermomolding prevents crystalline structure formation by precisely controlling the metal cooling rate. The result: an amorphous atomic structure whose properties exceed those of conventional metals.

Do you offer metal alloys containing precious metals?

We do not develop alloys based on precious metals (gold, platinum…) as standard. However, specific studies may be considered depending on requirements. Our priority: technical performance, availability, and industrial viability.

Yes. This is one of the key strengths of our technology. We adjust the Vulkalloys® formulation according to your specifications: mechanical strength, elasticity, wear or corrosion resistance. Composition becomes a custom performance lever.
